    My friend passed by this location to get a dog kennel for the plane ride. He was on an extremely tight schedule and he is very timid of dogs/puppies. Alexa noticed this and did everything in her power to ensure the right kennel was chosen. She also helped calm the puppy down, took care of the mess the puppy made, and lastly prioritized that my friend make it to the flight on time. I have extreme gratitude and appreciation for the effort she put in. I can’t thank you enough Alexa, you are a saviour!! Would highly recommend this location to anyone who appreciates great customer service.

    I got my Cat from this Pet Smart years ago (at that time had no interest in getting a cat. The cat choose us) However since then we got a dog (Beagle /3 yrs) and to be honest even though we have moved out of Brampton I still book my dog for grooming here...I love the grooming staff and cashiers are always helpful and pleasant..if you found something good why go somewhere else!!! Below is my Scoobs after his grooming ...He even scored the Carrot Bandana

    We needed to return and exchange a cracked aquarium we got from another location and this location had it in-stock. Aki was great in helping us do the exchange. He was friendly and helpful. Their manager was also very nice, friendly and helpful. She made sure the replacement aquarium didn’t have any cracks. So happy to have gone to this store. Highly recommended for all your pet needs. The store was well-stocked and very clean. Our aquarium is not set-up and we are looking forward to transferring our betta fish in a couple of days.

    Vegas enjoys being groomed at this location for the past 2 years. EMILY was amazing with him today. We enjoyed the "pawgress report" provided. Thank you so much to all the staff at petsmart. They are all very welcoming. Excellent customer service.
